John Garrod’s first business workshop of 2010 will focus on customers, including the following areas
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 26th January at the Grand in Clitheroe, starting at 5.45pm.
The cost is £10 for Clitheroe Chamber of Trade members and £15 for non members. Refreshments will be provided.

A new series of business development workshops organised by Clitheroe Chamber of Trade and Commerce are being held at The Grand in Clitheroe.
The next event on Tuesday 24th November will be the first of a two-part workshop called “Survive and Thrive”. The first evening “Taking Stock” will look at where you are currently in your business and the second “Moving Forward” will cover business goals and strategies for growth in 2010.
John Garrod who leads on business development and training for the Clitheroe Chamber is one of the UK’s foremost business coaches with a wealth of experience in senior management and business development roles and hands on knowledge of corporate change projects. John is a top ranked business coach for a specialist organisation called Ology Business, where he specialises in helping businesses of all shapes and sizes improve their profitability and performance.
John is delighted to be sharing his insight and experience with local business people through this Clitheroe Chamber of Trade programme of events:

Next month’s event will go on to cover setting some goals for your business, and get you thinking about what you can do slightly differently to achieve them.
This evening will be a great opportunity to set some early New Years’ resolutions in place for your business, but unlike most New Years’ resolutions we will make sure you keep these ones!.”
