John Garrod’s first business workshop of 2010 will focus on customers, including the following areas
- how to understand and value your customers
- why customers leave
- the uniqueness of your business
- a great strategy for business growth
The workshop will be held on Tuesday 26th January at the Grand in Clitheroe, starting at 5.45pm.
The cost is £10 for Clitheroe Chamber of Trade members and £15 for non members. Refreshments will be provided.
